About Us

With over 15 years of experience I have found combining osteopathic principles with cranial and visceral osteopathy to be an effective tool in reducing pain in a a quicker time frame. The combination of a global appreciation of health with very specific diagnostic and treatment tools has been effective in treating a variety of health issues. Adding my experience as a sports therapist and gym instructor allows me to provide specific exercise programmes for resulting in reduced reinjury and improved health.
